She encouraged me to try all the dresses, was right about the one that was perfect for me, got the sizes right and when I wobbled and changed my mind she did it all again!! 🤣

But I did want to share a bit about my experience with you guys:
From the moment I stepped through the doors (this time last year) I felt at ease with Emmi and I said yes to my OG dress. Emmi has the patience of a saint. I am not sure how she coped with me because I walked in with no vision other than sparkle and a-bit glam to meet my none traditional not tacky wedding vibe!
Emmi's work ethic and attitude was just what I needed! Her enthusiasm to take on the challenge of finding me my dream dress deserves an MBE. I fell in love with a stunning chic nostalgia dress and I was over the moon!
Fast track a year, I'm a whole different person, in a whole different headspace and didn't feel like my OG dress was not 'the one' anymore. Nothing that Love & Cherish had done or the dress. I still loved it, but wasn't feeling the same excitement to wear it!
I spoke to Louise and got myself a new appointment booked in.
This time it was Louise and Lisa's turn to take on the challenge of 'find Emily a dress'.
This morning I walked back in and apologised for the drama I had caused, the first response was 'stop apologising - you have done nothing wrong' ☺️
I listed my new requirements and Louise and Lisa pulled me 4 dresses out.
Their patience with me was 10/10! Their positivity and banter was a 10/10 - even on a Saturday morning! I spend my working week in the corporate world and when attending appointments in my free time I like normal non-corporate human beings. Louise and Lisa matched my energy levels! Mission find Em a new dress was in action as soon as I walked in!
That is exactly what I needed after such a stressful few weeks of panicking that I wouldn't find a new dress.
THEY DID NOT FAIL ME!
DRESS FOUR HAD ME CRYING! I said YES to my dress for the second time.
Thank you so much for everything. Each and every one of you are just phenomenal and have made my dress choosing on both occasions stress free!
I feel super grateful to have got my dress from such a genuinely authentic boutique. You can tell the staff actually care about each persons feelings, it's not just about making a sale. For that alone I would recommend anyone to visit the shop a million times over 🫶 because nothing was ever too much. I wasn't rushed. I could breathe.

I didn't intend to buy a dress on the day and told Louise as much prior to my appointment... needless to say, of course, I found The One 😁
Matching brides and gowns is clearly Louise's vocation, she made the experience my '"I do" crew' and I had quite the opposite of what put me off going to a bridal boutique; we had the place to ourselves, the pace was relaxed (I tried on sooo many dresses, very picky!) and I felt that Louise gave us her full attention without ever being pushy or false.
She has a broad range of beautiful dresses at very reasonable prices and I'm so pleased to have bought mine in my hometown - shop local!
It was really special to be able to go back with my daughter so that she should see me try on the dress afterwards too.
Just lovely memories to cherish!
